Feature of the Week: May 3-9

A Taste of Heaven would not exist if it were not for the audience, so I want to show my appreciation by dedicating Thursdays to the fans. If you eat or make a dish of your own and its camera ready, then you can email me your photos. I will review and post them on Thursday.  It’s important to remember presentation, style, and taste. I look forward to seeing your Taste of Heaven.

FYI: Email Pictures

Description: This taste of heaven is pan seared chicken with beet spaetzle, asparagus, and morel cream sauce. Where should I start? The color scheme, the white plating, and the design are beautifully presented to its customer. I am not a big fan of beets, but I would love to give it another try for this dish. The warm colors are inviting, and the chicken is making my mouth water. I love the creativity and the style that was put forth into making this dish. Great choice Kenya!

  2. There are some Features of the Week that are prepared at home, but this particular dish is from a restaurant called Sun Dial. I'm glad you like today's post and thank you for leaving a comment. I hope you enjoy future posts as well. Have a great day and come back to visit A Taste of Heaven!
