I’ve noticed that it’s difficult to find good wings, especially if you’re looking for lemon pepper. Great wings are cooked to the bone with a slight crunch on the outside. Then the lemon pepper is tossed over the finished product. I enjoy the bitterness of the lemon and the boldness of the pepper. I always compliment my lemon pepper wings with hot sauce and cool ranch dressing. In my opinion, it’s one of the best wing combinations. It’s perfect with French fries or a slice of pizza, whatever tickles your fancy.
